February is National Teen Dating Violence Awareness. Every February, young people and their loved ones join together across the country for a national effort to raise awareness about the issue of teen dating violence through Teen Dating Violence Awareness Month (TDVAM). For more information on toxic/heathy dating relationships www.loveisrespect.org is a great resource. Amor Eterno showcase will have dating violence information throughout the show and a resource table.
Amor Eterno Showcase is based off of Mexican Traditional Folklore dance. You will experience a beautiful story of two lovers, and the problems they face as a couple. Many lovely and unique dresses will light up the stage. BFT’s beginner and intermediate dancers, ages 6-14 years old. are going to take over the stage! They are tiny but mighty- on stage they shine bright! General Admission is $10 per ticket. Doors open at 5:30pm. First come, first serve seating. Show is 6pm-7:30pm, with a 10-15min intermission.
